Riverside Casino promotes from within on a regular basis and invests in their current employees in order to do so. But, if you are willing to put in the time/work there are plenty of opportunities to move up in positions and shifts. The main con to most is that we are a casino that is open 24 hours, so there are undesirable shifts that involve late nights and weekends. Management is always willing to teach employees new skills and provide training in order to move up in their department and the company. The workplace culture is positive and rewarding.
